Michelle Love
Certified Trauma-Informed Wellness Coach, B.A. Psychology, Integrative Fitness Trainer and a Self Defense Instructor. I am inspired to guide my clients to have transformational healings within themselves and their lives. My clients feel deeply seen and supported with Tailored Wellness Coaching and Dynamic Mastermind Groups. I guide my clients to release emotional blocks and get connected with their inner strength. This assists my clients to feel more internal regulation, joy, empowerment and balance within their body and mind. My clients are then able to create positive shifts within their lives. My integrative approach to fitness allows my clients to heal injuries, feel strong, flexible, and more body positive.
I also provide Self-defense and Assertiveness Training classes ages 9-adult, Belly Dance and Jazz Dance classes, Workshops for Parents, Kids, Teens and Women.
